  I was referred here a couple years ago for some repairs I needed for my desktop and laptop, and now I also use them to custom build new computers - I've never had a bad experience. Phil, Tim and Anna are all amazing - even though they are busy, they always take the time to explain what your options are, and when your computer is ready to pick up, they show you what they've done and make sure it is working to your satisfaction before you have to pay. They always call first before installing something that costs more than what they estimated, and they are often done even before they say they will be. I happily recommend them to everyone I know. UPDATE 9/20/2017 - Another great experience! I wanted to upgrade a hard drive to give me room to expand and Phil gave me several options and then let me choose - no pressure to buy the more expensive ones. I had my computer back the same day and it is super-fast! They also thoroughly cleaned it inside and out so it won't be at risk for overheating. I had looked online at some hard drive prices and was impressed at how comparable theirs were - even with labor added!
