She couldn't make me any promises, but it worked out BEAUTIFULLY. Plus, it was repaired so quickly. I'm so excited. And it didn't cost a fortune. Gina and staff have been hooking my whole family up with our jewelry purchases and repairs since our kids were little. Can't recommend her store more highly.
